Share my 1900 sqft house 3bd 2b, 2 car garage fenced yard in a very friendly, quiet neighborhood with me and my big dog. You will have your own room and bathroom. All utilities are included in room rental. I am retired military and disabled, currently a substitute teacher. Quiet and as clean as one could be but house care is difficult at times. Would require 200$ security and first months rent prorated for June. Six month agreement to begin with.
